ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, I moved out to the west coast to find more creative endeavors.  Always seeking new and undiscovered images, I work tirelessly to create visual language that is new, exciting, and most of all supports the story. 

I studied Film Production with an emphasis in Cinematography at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University in Orange, California.  With a minor in Art History, I searched through centuries of images from across all cultures to bring new light and perspective to American cinematography.

In my time at Chapman, I shot 5 Senior Thesis films, 6 Junior-level Advanced Productions, and 8 Sophomore-level Intermediate Productions as well as a documentary capstone project. 

I also shot a television pilot, 8 independent shorts, 6 music videos, and 4 commercials over the same time. 

Now out in the industry, I've worked for the past 5 years professionally on countless music videos, commercials, and a handful of features as either a Key Grip, Gaffer, or 1st AC.  I continue to primarily serve as a cinematographer for most projects, but still work in other positions when asked.
